Policy Reminder
Please make sure all your members know that chalking on vertical services
ie. Sides of buildings or bridges is not permitted. Also, the facility
manager in Grainger is asking that you not distribute fliers in Grainger
Hall as they simply end up on the floor. Thank you.

Halloween Reservation Procedures for Memorial Union & Union South
If your organization would like to request space in Memorial Union or Union South over Halloween weekend (October 27-28, 2006), please see the following procedures. Each organization requesting space must turn in an application (attached), and space will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis, providing the requirements are met. Thank you!
