My Leadership Development About Us My Leadership Development is administered by the Student Organization Office (SOO). The Student Organization Office: Registers and advises over 700 student organizations Provides information on getting involved on the campus Provides opportunities to develop and acquire leadership, organizational management, and other personal skills Whether students are looking to: Meet others Build their resumes Gain experience Develop personal and professional skills Gain and strengthen leadership skills Gain practical experience out of the classroom Have fun We can help facilitate your path to learning. SOO works hard to empower students, to support quality learning experiences, and to encourage active, thoughtful, involved community citizens. Research shows that involved students outside the classroom are more successful and satisfied with their college experience.
