Leadership and Social Justice Committee


LSJC is a committee that focuses on personal growth in leadership and social justice awareness by actively exploring ways social justice contributes to the self and society. We host events for students to improve social justice leadership such as movie nights, discussions, writing workshops, and activist development. We have recently added two new services for students focusing on leadership through identity awareness: The Queer Emerging Leaders Program (QELP), and a workshop called Oppression Dialogues, hosted and facilitated by LSJCers and other student leaders focused upon addressing issues of privilege and the way it impacts effective leadership.
