Leadership through Alumni & Student Outreach

LASO, hopes to be focus on student outreach and keeping in touch with our awesome alumni. We plan to achieve the outreach component through events like First Chance and Last chance as well as reaching out to the residence halls. Within the residence halls we plan to have leadership seminars during hall Olympics, as well as teachers who can go in and do some quick workshops such as true colors during floor meetings. To keep in touch with alumni we will continue the newsletter as well as hopefully forming a small panel of alumni. This panel will hopefully meet once or twice a semester via video conference to discuss whats happening in SLP, to give advice and discuss how we can incorporate alumni back into SLP. Finally, this panel will also serve to answer questions any coords and chairs may have via direct contact.
