Recruitment Opportunities Registration Form

Student Organization Fair, Early September 2008 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (The fair will be on Sept.3rd, Memorial Union or Sept. 9th, Kohl Center or Sept.10th, Kohl Center, exact date/location will be confirmed by July 15th)

* Please note the last day to register for the fair is Monday, September 1st, 2008

Get Connected: Interest Inventory Survey, a survey that allows incoming students to select organizations of interest; that generates a list of potential new members for participating organizations.

* Please note the last day to register for the Interest Inventory is Friday, May 16th, 2008

Kick-off Booklet, an insert in the Badger Herald Back to School Edition (please select one ad size). Your orgaization is responsible for paying for all upgrades in ad size and color options.

* Please note the last day to register for the Kick-off Booklet, is Friday, August 15th, 2008

FREE black-n-white 1/4 page ad: 3.25" wise x 4.5" high

Size Upgrades are available for a small fee:

1/2 page vertical: 3.25" w x 9" h is $50
1/2 page horizontal: 6.5" w x 4" h is $50
Full Page: 6.5" w x 9" h is $100

Color Upgrades are available for additional small fee:

Spot Color: $30 (black-n-white and ONE color)
Full Color: $50
