Founded on the principles of experiential education, ALPs explores group dynamics through a process of learning by doing. our missionALPs facilitates experiential activities that explore group potential in an environment that is physically and emotionally stable, challenging and relevant to individuals, their groups and the human experience. programmingALPs organizes experience-based teambuilding workshops using group games, initatives and other challenges to create an environment that fosters understanding and cooperation among all the group's members. ALPs recognizes many kinds of diversity and unity in all groups and we facilitatedialogue toward understanding these qualities based on common human values. Through both ground workshops and high ropes courses, ALPs seeks to help all UW student groups become more effective, productive and unified through shared experiences.
